is there an online resource to look-up the value of an antique watch?
I have a gold pocket watch circa 1920s and I’d like to see if the value my jeweler appraised it at is accurate.
A good place to start would be a search of “completed auctions” on eBay. You do this by going to “search”, click on “advanced search” then put in your watch brand and descriptive words, scroll down and check “completed items,” and the result will be what similar items have actually sold for in recent weeks. (You do have to have an eBay account to use this Advance Search feature.) Good luck!
