cleaning antique brass barometer?
I have an antique brass barometer which is quite tarnished, it has makers marks on the back which I can’t quite identify, is there anything I can use to clean it that won’t damage the brass
If it is truly an antique, DO NOT clean it with anything. Removing the patina will remove much of its charm, and if it is plated metal, you may damage it seriously.
